The T-H Marine YOLOtek PowerStick is a powered boat-mounted camera and device support system designed to keep action cameras and compatible mobile devices powered while capturing fishing and boating adventures. The PowerStick connects directly to a boat's navigation light port, drawing 12-volt power from the boat's electrical system and converting it to 5-volt USB power. This allows anglers to record for extended periods without relying solely on the camera's internal battery.
Designed for anglers who want to capture every cast, strike, catch, and tournament moment, the PowerStick provides a convenient mounting point for GoPro, DJI, Tactacam, and other compatible action cameras. Depending on the setup, it can also power a cell phone with the appropriate mount or adapter.
The PowerStick features a durable aircraft-grade anodized aluminum construction, adjustable sections, locking collars, and a flexible ball-and-joint camera mount for a wide range of viewing angles. Current-generation PowerStick models also incorporate USB protection features including over-voltage, short-circuit, overheating, surge, and polarity protection.
Installation is designed to be straightforward, with the PowerStick plugging into compatible front or rear navigation light ports without requiring tools. When properly configured with the appropriate locking system, the PowerStick can remain securely mounted at speeds up to 70 MPH; the manufacturer notes that pressure/cam no-thread ports are intended for trolling only.
