The Steel Shad Original Blade Bait is one of the best blade baits when you want a go to for imitating dying bait fish. The Original Steel Shad lures are 2 3/4 inches in length and weight 3/8 oz. They are made from a durable stainless steel with a molded lead weight, and feature two #6 VMC Permasteel hooks that are coated for both fresh and salt water fishing.

Weedy water? Just put a 45 degree bend in the tail, either left or right at the "d" in the SteelShad on the side, then start reeling and it will come to the surface.
