River2Sea Top Notch

The River2Sea Top Notch 130 is a high-performance topwater bait designed in collaboration with Bassmaster Classic Champion Chris Lane to attract aggressive bass with maximum surface commotion. Combining a soft-plastic tail propeller with a cupped front lip, this unique lure creates a powerful wake, splashing action, and a distinctive bubble trail that helps draw attention from feeding bass.

The rear propeller moves water and produces an enticing buzzing sound during a steady retrieve, while the cupped mouth spits and pops water when twitched. This versatile design also allows anglers to walk the bait from side to side, offering multiple ways to trigger explosive topwater strikes.

Measuring 5 inches and weighing 3/4 ounce, the Top Notch 130 is an excellent choice when bass are chasing baitfish near the surface or when a louder presentation is needed to stand out from surrounding forage. Fish it around docks, points, submerged structure, and schooling bass to capitalize on aggressive feeding activity. Two River2Sea black nickel treble hooks help secure fish when they strike.
