Rapala Slab Rap

The Rapala Slab Rap combines a compact minnow profile with an erratic searching action. Quick rod snaps send this sinking jigging lure darting outward before it circles back toward center on the pause.

A controlled lift-and-drop retrieve produces vibration on the rise and side-to-side movement as the lure falls. Its weight-forward design also allows a rocking action, giving anglers another way to vary the presentation when fish are reluctant to bite.

Fish the Slab Rap vertically through the ice or cast it during open-water trips. Adjust the lift, pause, and fishing depth to the location and activity of the fish. The compact profile provides a versatile option for targeting walleye, perch, crappie, and other freshwater predators.

Available in sizes 04, 05, and 06, the Rapala Slab Rap offers three weights for different presentations. VMC black nickel round bend hooks complete the lure, with natural, bright, glow, and UV color options available.
