VMC Rugby Jig

The VMC Rugby Jig is designed to be an exceptional all-purpose jig head, blending the defensive strengths of a football-head with the versatility of a round-head — hence the “rugby ball” profile. 
Developed in collaboration with tournament pro Michael “Ike” Iaconelli, this jig features an extra-wide-gap, offset hook that accepts a variety of soft plastics, while the recessed line-eye helps reduce snags, weed pickup, and abrasion when fishing near structure. 
Whether you’re dragging across rocky bottoms, hopping near boat docks, fishing through vegetation, or working around wood, the Rugby Jig imparts a subtle side-to-side roll in the bait that triggers strikes.
