Rapala Shad Rap

The Rapala Shad Rap is a legendary balsa crankbait designed to imitate the profile and movement of natural baitfish. Equally effective when cast or trolled, the Shad Rap delivers classic Rapala action across a wide range of retrieve speeds, making it a versatile hard bait for bass, walleye and other freshwater gamefish.

Built from premium balsa wood, the Shad Rap combines a natural baitfish profile with a diving lip that produces its proven swimming action. Fish it slowly when conditions call for a subtle presentation or increase your retrieve speed when targeting more active fish.
