The Shimano World Minnow 115SP Flash Boost Jerkbait is a premium suspending jerkbait engineered to combine aggressive baitfish action, long-distance casting performance, and continuous visual attraction. Measuring 4 1/2 inches and weighing 5/8 ounce, the World Minnow is designed to dive 4 to 6 feet, making it an excellent choice for targeting bass in shallow to mid-depth water.
Shimano loads the World Minnow with its advanced BOOST CONCEPT technologies. FLASH BOOST uses a reflective foil suspended on micro springs inside the lure to continue producing flashes during the retrieve and even while the bait is paused. This creates the visual impression of a wounded or struggling baitfish and can trigger bass that follow the lure without immediately striking.
JET BOOST utilizes an internal weight-transfer system that moves the weight toward the rear during the cast before returning it to its proper position for the retrieve. Shimano states that the World Minnow can cast up to 22% farther than similarly sized lures, helping anglers cover more water and reach fish holding farther from the boat.
SCALE BOOST uses composite-pitch holographic patterns to create complex light reflections that imitate realistic baitfish scales. Combined with the World Minnow's erratic side-to-side darting action and suspending behavior, the result is a highly versatile jerkbait for aggressive bass and pressured fish alike.
