The Strike King KVD 1.5 Shallow Runner Crankbait is a tournament-proven squarebill crankbait designed specifically for ultra-shallow water fishing situations where standard crankbaits dive too deep. Designed by legendary angler Kevin VanDam, the KVD 1.5 Shallow Runner delivers the same aggressive hunting action and cover-deflecting performance as the original KVD 1.5—while running in 3 feet of water or less.

Built with a specially engineered square bill, this bait deflects aggressively off rocks, wood, grass, and shallow cover while maintaining a true-running action at high retrieve speeds. Its erratic wobble and wandering action imitate fleeing baitfish and trigger reaction strikes from shallow bass feeding around flats, banks, and shoreline cover.

The KVD 1.5 Shallow Runner features premium black nickel treble hooks, realistic 3D eyes, and durable chip-resistant finishes for long-lasting performance.
