The Jointed Surge Shad will create and exaggerated wobbling action that is ideal for fish actively feeding on the surface or those that are suspended. Berkley gave it a bill design that has been tailored for multiple presentations. All you have to do is reel it, twitch it or aggressively jerk it. Being louder and more aggressive compared to the Surge Shad, this bait excels in a variety of situations.
