Berkley PowerBait The General Worm

The Berkley PowerBait The General is a versatile soft plastic stick bait designed for bass anglers who want classic stick-worm action combined with Berkley's proven PowerBait formula. Its simple profile, natural wiggle and multiple rigging options make The General an easy choice for everything from shallow cover to finesse presentations.

Built with a classic stick-bait shape, The General produces subtle movement and an enticing wiggle with minimal angler input. The straightforward profile makes it extremely versatile, allowing anglers to change presentations without changing baits.

Fish The General weightless when you want a natural presentation around docks, vegetation and shallow cover. Rig it wacky style to create an enticing falling action, or Texas rig it when fishing around grass, wood and other cover where a more weed-resistant presentation is needed.

The General is made with Berkley's PowerBait formula, adding the scent and flavor technology that has made the PowerBait family a staple among freshwater anglers.

Its durable, long-lasting construction helps the bait stand up to repeated fishing, while the classic stick-bait action makes it useful for both active fish and slower finesse presentations.

For bass anglers, The General provides an easy-to-rig option for targeting largemouth, smallmouth and spotted bass in a wide range of conditions. Fish it around docks and shallow cover, work it through vegetation, cast it around structure or slow the presentation down when fishing pressure makes bass more selective.

Available in multiple sizes and a wide selection of colors, anglers can adjust The General to match forage, water clarity, fishing pressure and presentation.
