The Ever Green Justine Topwater Pencil was inspired by Ever Green staff memeber Justin Kerr. The JT features fast and stimulating movements that mimic ditressed bait fish to trigger bites without hesitation. These were designed to coax bass that have strong vision under clear water into biting - especially without being bounced off by the lightning fast bite of a smallmouth bass. They made the JT with relatively more weight then is typical for the body size to help elliminate it from being splashed away. The compact and slim body along with the fixed weight system makes these incredible to cast long distances and cover a lot of water with ease. The Justine has a flat sided body to help create more water movement. They will rest at a 45 degree angle, which will produce a brisk walk the dog action and give you a better chance at hooking a fish.
