These leaders not only help in clear water conditions, but they also help protect your mainline from wear. Foul hooked fish, sheephead and debris can put a lot of spin in the line when trolling. These reduce the twist and help preserve your calibrated mainline. These are made with one of our Size #2 Pro-Spin Ball Bearing Swivels on one end and one of our Size #2 Pro-Lock Duolock Snaps on the other end. Tie your mainline direct to the swivel or connect the swivel to your mainline snap. Made with 20# Seaguar fluorocarbon line. Every leader is tied by hand, by us here in Ohio. Use them for all kinds of walleye trolling! One of the additional features of these leaders is to preserve your calibrated mainline. Typically the last 2-3' of mainline gets wore out and has to be cut off. If you cut off 2-3' more than once, you will start to throw your calibration off. Replacing a leader gets you back in the game quickly. We make each one the same way we have always made them for our trips. You will get many trips out of a single leader, but they will eventually wear out. NOTE: When compared to our Diver Leaders, these are nearly the same overall but they don't have the additional snap on the swivel. The diver leaders have this snap so they can quickly connect to divers. The trolling leader doesn't have this snap because you tie it direct to your mainline or attach to your mainline snap.
